Flex

6/10 - The Nidecker Supermatic® OG snowboard binding features a medium flex for an all-around snowboarding experience. Perfect for riders who love speed on and off the piste, as well as for freestylers tackling jumps, rails, and boxes in the snowpark. The medium flex offers direct power transfer and optimal control.

Baseplate

Nylon+ Auto - The foundation of the OG Supermatic® is the Nylon+ Auto baseplate. Nidecker builds this around the proven Axis platform and integrates Drop IN™ technology, which enables automatic entry. The construction consists of 70% nylon and 30% fiberglass. The addition of fiberglass provides extra stiffness and responsiveness without making the binding extremely stiff. As a result, the baseplate complements the versatile 3/5 flex of the entire binding.

Highback

Nylon+ Ultraback—Just like the baseplate, it’s made of 70% nylon and 30% fiberglass. This provides solid heelside support while maintaining enough flex to prevent the binding from feeling overly aggressive. 

Ankle Strap

Exo-Frame Hybrid - The Exo-Frame Hybrid—a single piece of injection-molded TPU: lightweight, indestructible, and supportive, with an updated ankle-to-toe connection and a smooth underside for super-smooth entry and exit.

Toe Strap

Hexo Toecap - Here, too, Nidecker utilizes AuxTech®. The three-dimensional auxetic pattern conforms evenly around the toe of your snowboard boot. This ensures even pressure distribution, and the strap fits securely around your boot without creating a single specific pressure point. 

Ratchets

The LSR 2.0 Auto-Lock—automatically locks in both directions as soon as you stop ratcheting, allowing you to quickly set your preferred strap tension for a fast entry or easily adjust it on the go.

Binding Compatibility

Rear Entry—The Nidecker Supermatic® LT 2027 is a Rear Entry snowboard binding that utilizes Nidecker’s automatic Drop IN™ technology. Instead of having to sit down after every lift ride to re-ratchet your straps, you simply flip the highback backward and step into the binding from the rear with your snowboard boot.When you then push your heel down, you activate the mechanism, and the highback automatically lifts up and locks into place. Thanks to Active Strap Technology, the straps temporarily have extra slack when opening and return to their preset tension when closing. This allows you to step in quickly without having to readjust your ankle and toe straps every time.
