Returns & refunds

If you wish to return a product from a European country other than Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Austria, please follow these instructions:

1. Print the order confirmation and include it with the goods for return.
   This way we can easily identify and process them.
   
   
2. Wrap the package well and use enough tape to ensure the box remains closed during transport.
   
   
3. Register your return at your local post office, stick the label on and send it to:

Returning a package from Belgium is super easy. You have 30 days to create your return.
We ask for a €4.95 contribution per return shipment. This amount is paid when creating the return.
Although we still cover a large part of the actual costs for return shipping, packaging, and processing, this contribution helps us handle returns more consciously.
It has a positive impact on the environment and allows us to keep our product prices affordable for you.

Follow the steps below:

1. Register your return via this link: https://retour.stoked.shop

2. Enter your postcode.

3. Enter your tracking code or order number.
Track & Trace: This is the tracking number from DPD.
It consists of 14 digits and starts with 0534.
Order number: This is your order number from our Stoked online shop.
It consists of a # and 5 digits, for example: #12345.

4. Complete the payment for your DPD return label.

5. Choose a DPD drop-off point and print your label.

6. Pack your parcel securely and use enough tape so the box stays closed during transport.

7. Attach the return label and drop it off at any DPD point of your choice. We’ll take care of the rest.

When you return an order you will receive the money for these goods simply refunded. It's that easy. This refund always occurs within the 14 calendar days after processing of your return. The transaction will be processed via the payment method you used when ordering. You will receive an email confirmation at the time of processing.

Exchange:
If you would like a different size, colour or item, you can simply re-order it via our site, so you will always be helped the fastest and you do not have to wait for your return to be processed.

Testing & fitting:
Purchased goods must be in returned in the same condition as you received them. This means: undamaged, unworn and with the labels still attached. Always test shoes indoors, on a clean surface. Skate & snowboard hardware can be viewed and felt but not used.

Ready-made products:
Products that we have prepared or assembled for you cannot be returned. For example: skateboard decks that have been gripped, Skate sets that we have assembled into a complete skateboard.
