The Jones Zenith Carbon FASE Black Carbon 2027 Snowboard Bindings are built for riders who want to combine maximum responsiveness with the convenience of Fast Entry. This binding offers very direct power transfer and is specially designed for backcountry and powder riding. With a stiff flex, you’ll enjoy maximum control and responsiveness—ideal for experienced snowboarders seeking top-level performance.

Binding Type

Fast Entry (FASE®) - The Zenith Carbon uses the FASE® Fast Entry System. For our online store, we therefore classify it specifically as Fast Entry (FASE®), rather than Rear Entry or Step On. FASE® allows you to quickly step in and out of the binding while maintaining the feel and support of a true two-strap binding while snowboarding. Furthermore, the system is compatible with any standard snowboard boot, so no special boots are required. 

Baseplate

Fusion+ XR—the Fusion XR baseplate (nylon + 30% fiberglass) delivers immediate board feel and responsiveness, while absorbing shocks thanks to the integrated ImpactCush pad—for comfortable precision on every turn. 

Highback

AsymCore Carbon—The AsymCore Carbon Highback is designed for maximum support and instant power transfer. The asymmetrical winged shape wraps around the boot and creates extra leverage during powerful turns, regardless of your stance angle. The asymmetrical spine is reinforced on the outside to deliver more response and power on your heelside edge. The forward lean can be adjusted to two positions without tools. Additionally, you can fold the highback forward for easier skating, more comfortable lift rides, and more compact transport.

Ankle Strap

VertEx Ankle Strap—The VertEx Ankle Strap features a two-piece asymmetrical construction. Soft PU foam is combined with a structured VertEx Spine. This allows the strap to fit comfortably around the boot, while the stiffer spine provides the direct response and power transfer you’d expect from a 9/10 binding.

Toe Strap
