The Nidecker Women's Astral Snowboard 2027 is a playful and versatile women's snowboard for riders who want to take their skills to the next level. The Astral is based on the popular Nidecker Merc, but is specifically sized for women and smaller riders. The combination of a Directional Twin shape, CamRock profile, and soft 2/5 flex makes it easy to maneuver, while Triax Plus fiberglass and Pop Carbon ensure plenty of response and pop when you start riding a little harder. From cruising and carving on the slopes to side hits, park laps, and the occasional fresh powder run: the Astral is built to help you explore nearly the entire mountain.

Flex

Shape

Directional Twin—this shape combines features of both a directional and a twin board. It has a symmetrical shape (twin) regarding the nose and tail around the bindings, which provides balance during freestyle moves such as spins or switch riding. However, outside the bindings, the nose may be slightly longer than the tail, or the flex may vary from front to back, making the board more suitable for all-mountain riding in one direction. This makes the board versatile, performance-oriented in various snow conditions, and still suitable for park riding.
