Description
The Rome Ravine is back with a new shape and ready to grace every corner of the mountain. This directional all-mountain slasher mixes a responsive feel with a playful character, thanks to its 3D nose and forgiving flex. With carbon HotRods, 7.5mm taper and Free-The-Ride camber profile, it pops effortlessly through pow, carves tight on slopes and retains enough pop to char sidehits and drops with style.
Shape
Directional - With this shape, the binding is a bit more backwards, giving the snowboard a longer nose. This makes the snowboard perfect for freeride and all-mountain riding, giving you more float in powder.
Rocker Type
Free-The-Ride Camber - Designed for all-mountain proficiency and float in the deep. Rockered in the nose, just below the forefoot, with a positive cambered tail.
Flex rating
6/10 - With a flex rating of 4.5 to 6.5, these snowboards are stable on the piste and offer enough flexibility for the park. It is the perfect balance between stability and forgiveness.
Core
Carbon HotRods - these thin rods of carbon are milled into the core from nose to tail. This provides extra stiffness and pop, giving you even more control over your snowboard. Feel the power of Carbon HotRods while carving at high speed or landing jumps. With Carbon HotRods you are ready for any challenge on the mountain.
Base
SinterStrong Base - a durable, fast sintered base that provides a smooth ride and is easy to maintain. It is designed to provide maximum speed and excellent glide on all snow conditions, giving you the power to push your limits on the slopes and in the park.
Binding compatibility
2x4 - This system is the most common pattern for snowboards today. Two rows of inserts are provided that are 2 inches apart. This allows for different stand widths. To attach your snowboard binding, you need four screws in the 2x4 system.
Terrain
All-Mountain|Freeride - these snowboards are perfect for all-mountain exploration and offer versatility and float in powdery conditions. If you're looking for a snowboard that performs well in fresh snow, the Rome Ravine Pro snowboard is an excellent choice.
