The Bataleon Fun.Kink snowboard is the ultimate all-mountain freestyle snowboard for riders who want to have fun anywhere on the mountain. From perfectly groomed runs and creative side hits to the snowpark and a layer of fresh powder: the Fun.Kink truly feels at home everywhere. Thanks to its Directional Twin shape, playful medium flex, and Bataleon’s renowned 3BT™ technology, this board combines a forgiving ride with surprisingly plenty of pop, control, and stability. The Fun.Kink is designed for snowboarders who want to use every run to learn new tricks and ride creatively.

Flex

4/10—Discover the versatility of a snowboard with a soft flex between 1 and 4. These snowboards are perfect for beginner snowboarders, thanks to their forgiving nature and flexibility. With their playful feel, these boards are ideal for slopestyle tricks, rails, and for the freestyle snowboarder who loves to have fun on the slopes.

Shape

Directional Twin—this shape combines characteristics of both a directional and a twin board. It has a symmetrical shape (twin) regarding the nose and tail around the bindings, which provides balance during freestyle maneuvers such as spins or switch riding. However, outside the bindings, the nose may be slightly longer than the tail, or the flex may vary from front to back, making the board more suitable for all-mountain riding in one direction. This makes the board versatile, performance-oriented in various snow conditions, and still suitable for park riding.

Rocker Type

3BT™ with SideKick™ - This unique design combines a positive camber from nose to tail with raised contact points in the sidebase. The addition of SideKick™ increases upward pressure on the sides at the widest points, allowing you to make even smoother turns, experience better float in powder, and have more control over your snowboard, even on rough terrain.

Core

Core Core Woodcore - Bataleon’s Core Core Woodcore is specially designed for the Feelbetter snowboard. This core consists of poplar wood with hardwood beech stringers, providing a strong and stable backbone for the snowboard.

Extra

Biax Laminate - Biax Laminate is a strong, lightweight, and responsive two-layer fiberglass construction that enhances the flex pattern of more aggressive snowboards. This layer is located beneath the woodcore and provides a good balance between flexibility and stability.

Base

Hyper Glide S Base - The Hyper Glide S Base is Bataleon’s standard sintered base, offering durability and unmatched speed. This base is harder and delivers higher speeds on the mountain. Be sure to wax your board regularly to get the most out of this base’s speed and performance.

Rider Level

Beginner|Intermediate - Snowboards for beginners and intermediates are designed for snowboarders who are just starting out or are already a bit more experienced and are looking for a snowboard that helps them improve their skills. These snowboards are designed with a focus on forgiveness, progression, and flexibility. They’re ideal for snowboarders who want to improve their technique and build more confidence on the slopes.

Terrain

All-Mountain | Freestyle - This Freestyle All-Mountain snowboard from Bataleon is a versatile board suitable for exploring the entire mountain. Thanks to the combination of stable all-mountain characteristics and flexibility in the nose and tail—further enhanced by a twin shape—this board is perfectly suited for the adventurous snowboarder.
