How can I pay?

You can easily and safely pay online on our website.
We do not charge any transaction fees.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, your data is in good hands. When filling in and sending your details, a secure https:// connection is made. On the page where you have to fill in your payment details you are ensured by the https:// checkmark in the address bar. This stands for a Secure (safe) encrypted connection and therefore you will see a lock in the status bar (bottom of the screen).

This way you can be sure that your data, when sent to the payment provider, will be encrypted and all your data is safe and secure at all times.

Delivery

How is my order processed?

    1. Immediately after your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with your order details. Check it carefully and verify that your address is correct: street & house number.

    2. We pick your order directly out of our inventor, we add some cool stickers and wrap it carefully. From the moment your order has been processed, we send you a Track & Trace code.
      Please note: this link usually becomes traceable 6 to 12 hours after the e-mail.

    3. Once your package has been registered at the carrier depot, you will be able to follow it to your home via the tracking link.

What are the delivery costs and average delivery time?

All orders within the EU are carefully delivered by our shipping partner DPD.
Choose between a delivery at your home or delivery in a DPD service point in your area.
You can select this after checkout.
From a minimum order amount onwards, we will cover the full shipping costs.

Orders paced from outside the EU are delivered in cooperation with UPS.
Please note that this may incur a customs fee from your local authority.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be safely stored in a DPD Service point near you.
We will send you a notification e-mail with the delivery location.
Your order can be picked up at the DPD service point up to 5 days after delivery.
You can easily check this digitally via the Track & Trace code we've sent via e-mail.

When can I expect my package?

If you order before 4pm on a workday, the package will be packed and shipped the same day. You will also receive a tracking code of this.

In most EU countries it will be delivered to your home within 1 or 2 business days. Sometimes it can take a day longer, depending on how busy the carrier network is at that time.  For detailed delivery times per country, take a look at the table: "delivery costs and average delivery time".

Returns

How can I return a product from Belgium or the Netherlands?

It's simple & at our expense.
Just follow the steps below:

  1. Register your return via the following link: http://retour.stoked.shop

  2. Enter your zip code.

  3. Enter your track & trace code or order number.

    Track & Trace: This is the DPD tracking number.
    It consists of 14 digits & starts with 0534.

    Order Number: This is your order number in our Stoked online shop.
    It consists of a # and 5 digits. Fill it in as follows: #12345

  4. Choose a DPD delivery point and print the label.

  5. Wrap the package well and use enough tape to keep the box closed during transport.

  6. Stick the return label on your package and deliver it to a DPD delivery point of your choice. We take care of the rest.

How can I return a product from abroad?

If you ordered a product from another European country than Belgium or the Netherlands, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Print the order confirmation email and include it with your returned goods.
    This contains your customer and order info, and enables us to identify and process your return swiftly.

  2. Carefully wrap the Package, using enough tape.
    Stick the label on it, and send it our way.

  3. Register the package at your local post office and send it to:

How do I get my money back when I return my order?

When you return an order, we refund the money for these goods. It is that simple. This refund will always take place within 14 calendar days of processing your return. The money is paid back via the payment method you used when ordering. You will receive a confirmation e-mail at the time of processing.

Important to know:

Exchange:
If you would like a different size, color or item, you can simply re-order it through our website.
This way, you do not have to wait for the processing of your return to enjoy the items you want.

Testing & fitting:
Purchased goods must be returned in the same state as you received them.
Always test shoes indoors, on a clean surface.
Skate & snowboard hardware may be looked at and felt but not used.

Custom products:
Products that we have prepared or assembled especially for you cannot be returned.
E.g.: skateboard decks that have been gripped, skate sets that we've assembled into a complete skateboard.

Shipping costs:
If the amount of the goods you wish to keep is less than the free shipping threshold of 50 euros, we automatically deduct € 4.95 shipping cost.

My shoes feel too small or too tight, what do I do?

Before you make a hasty decision and return the shoes, we would like to give you some tips and tricks concerning the skate shoes we offer.

When trying on new skate shoes, it is very common you experience them as too tight at first. Quality Skateboard shoes are made from a stiffer suede, which makes them extra sturdy for skateboarding. In the beginning they are a bit tight, but after wearing them in for a couple of hours, they will adjust to your foot, widen and fit perfectly.

Optimal fitting:
Make sure the shoes fit well lengthwise, if necessary walk around with them at home on a clean surface to make sure the sole does not get damaged or dirty. There's a good chance the shoe will start adjusting to your foot within half an hour, so it will fit properly.

Need another size:
Is the shoe too big or too small lengthwise? Then order the right size via our website and register a return for this pair. This way you do not have to wait for the processing of your return and can quickly enjoy your new shoes.


The right of renunciation


  • For all products purchased online in Belgium, there is an official cooling-off period of 14 calendar days. Following the Belgian law on market practices and consumer protection of April 6, 2010. We have extended this for all our customers. When your purchase goods at Stoked Boardshop, you have 100 days to return your items.

    This period starts on the day after receipt by you. During the cooling-off period we expect you to handle the goods and packaging with care. There is no right of renunciation when the products are not in original, complete and undamaged condition. Of course it is allowed to test the product but there should be no visible user damage. We consider user damage to be damage resulting from use that exceeds the normal visible testing of the product.
  • If you wish to make use of the renunciation right, you must do this within the set 100 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product, in writing or by e-mail. There is no penalty attached to cancelling the purchase and this can be done without giving any reasons.

  • The goods must be returned undamaged (in original condition and packaging) within 100 calendar days of receipt. The shipping date counts as a check. All enclosed documentation, warranty certificates and packaging materials must be included in the return shipment, as well as your bank account number. The direct costs for the return are at the expense of the buyer, except in Belgium & The Netherlands. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments are always refused and returned to sender.

  • Stoked Boardshop will refund you the full purchase price of the goods within 14 calendar days after receipt and processing of the goods.
    If it appears that the goods have not been received in accordance with the conditions of the right of withdrawal, then the purchase price including the shipping costs will not, or not completely, be refunded. The product remains your property in that case. At your request the product can also be sent back to you, provided that you pay the corresponding shipping costs.

  • Exceptions to the provisions are the following:
    • When a product is specially made or changed for you, you are logically not entitled to the right of withdrawal of 14 working days.
    • This exception also applies to perishable goods, CDs, DVDs, or other similar products of which the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
    • If a product is visibly worn or damaged in any other way, your right to a refund lapses.
