Description

The Lib Tech Doughboy 2025 Snowboard may have an imposing appearance, but it offers the rider the experience of a fairy-tale freestyle dream, as if straight from an alternate dimension - more specifically, from the creative mind of Mike Olson. Chauncy, a close friend and avid rider, uses this model daily for his advanced spins and tricks.

The Dough Boy features premium technologies and materials: an environmentally friendly, fast and low-maintenance TNT sublimated base, a core of Aspen and Paulownia for lightness and durability, rugged UHMW sidewalls, and tips and tails that combine with our latest lightweight, strong Magnesium Techno fiber tire glass and carbon reinforcements to provide a dynamic and responsive riding experience. This model continues to perform consistently and offers advanced features that any freestyle enthusiast would appreciate.

Shape

Oversized - volume shifted. Ride this board longer than your regular board. Surface area: 0.54m².

Rocker Type

C3 Camber - aggressive dominant camber zones at the contact points, combined with mild rocker between your feet.

Flex rating

Hard - With a stiff snowboard like this one, you are guaranteed excellent response and support, allowing you to ride confidently and powerfully on the slopes. If you are an experienced and powerful snowboarder, a hard flex is exactly what you need for optimal performance.

* The flexibility of Lib Tech snowboards depends on length. Refer to the table below for specific flex values.

Core

Original Power Pop (OPP) Construction - 60% Aspen / 40% Paulownia - Lighter. More environmentally friendly. Strong.

Base

Eco Sublimated TNT - this fast and low-maintenance base easily accepts wax and can take a beating.

Additional

Magne-Traction® – with Magne-Traction® transform your ice cream is powder. This technology has 7 stategically placed edge serrations. This gives you fantastic control and edge protection.

Binding compatibility

2x4 - This system is the most common pattern for snowboards today. Two rows of inserts are provided that are 2 inches apart. This allows for different stand widths. To attach your snowboard binding, you need four screws in the 2x4 system.

Terrain

All-Mountain|Freeride - these snowboards are perfect for all-mountain exploration and offer versatility and float in powdery conditions. If you're looking for a snowboard that performs well in fresh snow, the Lib Tech Orca snowboard is an excellent choice.

Rider level

Intermediate|Advanced - Intermediate and advanced snowboards are designed for most snowboarders who are more experienced and looking for new challenges and sensations on the slopes. These snowboards usually have a stronger core and are often wider and stiffer than snowboards for beginners. They are ideal for snowboarders looking for more speed, stability and control at higher speeds and on steeper slopes.
