On the outside, sturdy Cordura protects the contact surface, while the soft neoprene cuff feels supple and comfortable on the skin. Top and bottom Velcro straps allow for individual adjustment. Non-slip silicone on the top cuff keeps the Scout A in place, while a mesh back provides superior ventilation.
